1. Services and Deliverables
Scope of Work: Each project includes a clear outline of deliverables, agreed-upon timelines, and deadlines communicated upfront.
Revisions: Each project includes clearly defined revision rounds, outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond agreed terms may incur additional charges.
2. Communication & Collaboration
Open and timely communication is essential for successful projects. Clients agree to provide timely feedback, clear instructions, and all necessary content to complete the project effectively.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms and conditions, including deposits, project fees, and invoicing schedules, will be agreed upon before project initiation and detailed clearly in a separate project proposal or contract.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Upon final payment, you will receive rights to use the final agreed-upon designs. Annie.Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in my professional portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Confidentiality
I respect the privacy and confidentiality of all client information and will not share sensitive details with third parties unless expressly authorized.
5. Revisions & Approvals
The scope of revisions included will be clearly outlined in the initial proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra fees.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Once the final designs are approved and payment has been completed, clients receive full rights to the final delivered designs. However, Annie.Studio retains the right to showcase the completed projects in its professional portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6. Liability
Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and approving all final designs. Annie.Studio is not liable for any errors or omissions after final approval.
7. Portfolio Usage
Annie.Studio reserves the right to showcase completed design projects in the studio portfolio unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
